Bring your friends, family and neighbors out to run the Giants Foundation 5K Presented by Quest on Saturday, September 7th and finish in the endzone line at MetLife Stadium!

5k Run Features:

Course Description: MetLife Sports Complex

Awards:
• Commemorative award for each Age Group Winner (male and female)
• Overall Winners (top 3 male and female) will receive custom game ball awards

The Giants Foundation Kids Run Presented by Quest will take place after the Giants Foundation 5K on Saturday, September 7th.

Children between the ages of 5-10 are eligible to participate in the Kids Run.

The Kids Run will begin around 10:30 AM, where kids will run out of the Giants home tunnel and run around the field, and finish on the 50-yard line.

Will the race be rained out?
Event will be held rain or shine.

What is the course time limit?
90 minutes

Can my friends and family attend the event but not run?
Yes, spectators are welcome to attend the event and cheer on their runner or walker. All spectators must enter at the MetLife Gate. Tickets are not required, but all guests are subject to security search. Gates open at 8:00 AM. All spectators are welcome to participate in the post-race festival on the field.

Is there an age minimum for the 5K run?
There is no age minimum for the 5K run. For younger participants, parents are encouraged to run with their child. Children ages 5-10 will have the opportunity to register for the Giants Foundation Kids Run.

What is the Giants Foundation Kids Run?
The Giants Foundation Kids Run is a short race around the field at MetLife Stadium following the conclusion of the Giants Foundation 5K race. To learn more about the Kids Run please see above or email giants5k@brrm.com.

Can I run in the 5K with a jogging stroller?
Yes, we do allow strollers on the course. For the safety of other runners, please start near the back of the pack.

Where do I find race results?
Scan the QR code on the front of your bib after you finish to get race results.

Are pets allowed?
No, only service animals are allowed on the course.

Will there be a bag check?
There will not be a bag check and bags are not permitted inside MetLife Stadium. Click here to review the Bag Policy.

When does registration for the Giants Foundation 5K open?
Online registration for the Giants Foundation 5K opens on June 6th and continues through September 7th.

Where does a portion of my registration go?
A portion of the net proceeds from the Giants Foundation 5K will benefit the Giants Foundation. The New York Giants Foundation is committed to serving our community and
enhancing the quality of life within the areas we live and work.

Will there be post-race activities?
Yes, we will be hosting a post-race festival after the 5K including autographs from Giants Legends, music, activities for kids, and food and beverage items for purchase. All post-race
activities are weather permitting.

If I register for the race and unable to attend, will I still receive my t-shirt?
Any unclaimed shirts from missing participants will be available to ship by request on a first come, first served basis. To do so, please email giants5k@brrm.com.

How long is the Giants Foundation Kids Run?
Kids Run participants will begin their race by running through the Giants home tunnel around the field, finishing in the endzone.

Is the Giants Foundation Kids Run course going to be timed?
Our Kids Run race will not be a timed competition.

Where and when do we need to meet on race day once signed up for the Giants Foundation Kids Run?
All participants will receive an email by the week of the race with final instructions on what time and where to meet inside of MetLife Stadium to participate in the Kids Run. We will also
update this site with that info closer to the race.

What's included in the cost of the Giants Foundation Kids Run registration?
Every child who signs up will be able complete the Kids Run and all participants will receive an exclusive Kids Run event t-shirt and a racing bib.
