WHAT HE BRINGS TO THE TABLE

After transferring to Madison from the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point, Ramczyk (pronounced RAM-check) started at left tackle for the Badgers in 2016 and earned first-team All-Big Ten and AP All-American honors. Wisconsin finished 11-3 in his final season.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING AT THE COMBINE

"Our No. 1 tackle on the board in the draft is Ryan Ramczyk, the left tackle from Wisconsin. If the Giants can grab him at 23, I would be happy with that. He only started one year in college and came from a D-III school. He has incredible movement skills, but he's still raw and developing. He has the kind of potential where if he keeps developing at the rate he has been, he's going to be extremely good in the NFL." -- Mike Renner, Pro Football Focus

WHAT RYAN IS SAYING AT THE COMBINE

"It was an amazing journey, for sure. Enjoyed every step of it, wouldn't change a thing. Enjoyed my time at both schools and played some good football.''

TOUGHEST OPPONENT HE FACED

"Taco Charlton at Michigan. He's a quick pass rusher, and he backs it up with power. It was a good challenge."

NFL.COM SCOUTING REPORT

Extremely confident tackle with the athleticism to stay on the left side and the technique to make an early impact as a starter. Ramczyk has the core strength and body control that should keep him connected to blocks in both the run and pass and he's proven to be scheme versatile with his playing style. Ramczyk is an early starter with the potential to become a good starting left tackle provided his medicals hold up.

NFL.com's Mike Mayock ranked the top player at each position in the 2017 NFL Draft.
